I was given a corsizone injection in my back during April 2008. I was told I would be recalled in 4 months to discuss progress. 16 months later, when I phoned the hospital I was told that as my injection had been more than 12 months before I would have to start again at my doctors!! Lost records, cancelled appointments, re-appointments for the original date. My wife had a colonoscopy in December 2007, no follow-up when she should have gone last December. Does she need to start again??? . Please get the administrative side of the hospital organised. Parking fees too expensive.
