About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Drug and alcohol service

(as the patient),

I am in shared care and have had a few nurse/key workers. My current nurse is Laura and she is the best one I have had. She is very friendly and professional and she really cares about her patients and I feel like I am important and not just a number. Laura is very approachable and I feel like I can talk to her about anything and I will be listened to. I feel very comfortable in her care.
