"A and E horrendous"

Sat here with my son for 3 and a half hours Saturday night into Sunday morning Dr bent his legs forwards and backwards told me he seemed fine and to come back tues morning, I asked if he would be straight in and out as he has learning difficulties and he said yes it's by appointment time, tues came appointment at 10.15 am and at 11.25 I'm still sat there!! All I got was Dr is aware your here!!! Absolute joke in the end I left and made a GP appointment, so thanks for giving me a very distressed child for the day due to your lack of care
