What I liked

Hospital was clean.

Staff were friendly most of the time.

What could be improved

I had an MRI and the staff did not bother to help me to get up off the MRI scanner after it was finished as I have a severe spine condition which meant I had trouble getting up and they walked off and abandoned me.

Anything else?

I feel that the staff need more training in looking after patients with severe spine problems and also generally when they have difficulty getting off the MRI scanner as this is totally unnacceptable. In fact I think it is disgusting leaving patients who cannot get up on their own. I thought these people were in the health profession to help people, not abandon them?
