About: Gloucestershire Royal Hospital

A big thanks to all staff at A & E department for the A1 care & treatment received by my brother who is terminally ill & became acutely ill whilst on holiday in Gloucester from Bristol. This A1 care started with the first response ambulance, then the ambulance crew. A & E nursing and medical staff were respectful, responsive & informative. This level of professional & personal service was also demonstrated by porters, radiographers/staff at CT department & chest xray department.
