I had a persistent chest pain....so y I went to visit my GP. I was accommodated without a prior appt. Dr examined me and phoned Mayday, after some medicine, he asked me to go to Mayday A&E.
In Mayday A&E, I was examined, blood samples were taken, EGC and then Chest Xray.
After that I was admitted to Acute Medical Unit ward. There I was looked after, another EGC and then a Cardiologist discussed with me about my case. She told me that she has seen all medical data collected( ECGs, Xray and blood tests) and assured me that the pain in the chest is not due to heart, it is likely musculoskeletal pain. I was discharged the same day. Assured and left the hospital.
I wish to express my gratitude to my GP and the medical staff at A&E for their treatment, and my sincere thanks to Nurse Kubra and Keith (HCA) in the ward.
