I want to commend all the staff all the way from surgical admissions to discharge. I attended for day surgery and received excellent customer care throughout by staff in all departments. They were friendly and demonstrated professionalism and organisation. I had complete confidence and was informed at all stages of my care about why was happening and why. I am due to return at a later date for other surgery and have no reservations whatsoever. I am myself a Nurse in another hospital, and was very impressed. We'll done DCH!
