Consultants and Nurses need to listen too patients symptoms and not just hear what they want to hear.

Anything else?

I attened New Cross Hospital on two seperate occasions, both times I was misdiagnosed and sent home.I was in pain for over a year and finally had to use private health care. I raised my concerns with the hospital and received a letter saying sorry the hospital did not meet your expectations.

My father was recently admitted, it took 3 days before a consultant saw him, he was left in a room with no liquids and not one member of staff bothered to check on him for over 7 hours.
