"Thanks To All The Staff On Ward 31"

I wanted to pass on my enormous thanks to all of the Medical, Nursing and Physio staff on Ward 31 at Aintree who have cared for my mum (Edith) over the final months of her life. Myself and all our extended family have been overwhelmed by the love, humanity and professionalism displayed by all of the team both to mum and to us throughout these very difficult weeks. I was kept constantly updated as to mum's treatment and condition and felt as though I was fully involved in the decisions required for her ongoing care by the doctor and the team. The Ward is obviously busy but we all felt as though we have been treated as individuals and I could not have asked for a better hospital environment for mum to be cared for. I have written to those at the hospital individually but wanted to post this message to share my experiences and gratitude to everyone involved. They are a credit to the Ward, the Trust and to the N.H.S.
