What I liked

I found all the staff in outpatients B to be both friendly and informative about my condition. The consultant was very friendly and professional in his approach at alk times, he made me feel ccomfortable and at ease and showed genuine interest in me and my condition. My condition was dealt with there and then and the treatment i received was excellent.

What could be improved

Nothing at all could of been improved, it was comletely satisfactory.

Anything else?

Please pass on my thanks and grattitude to all staff involved
