"overnight stay"

I have lived in medway all my life and so have had to attend medway hospital many times over the years for myself and family members the only problem we used to have years ago was the long waiting time it has been know to wait 9 hours in a and e sadly as the years past the waiting times fell but so did the treatment and cleaning standards .... last night i had to be admitted and was dreading a stay at medway hospital but i can honestly say the med docs department was clean staff were efficient polite and helpful the ward specialist i see was great and the ward was clean i was transfered to sunderland ward and recieved great care it was also clean and my discharge instead of taking hours like it has done befoe was done start to finish 5 minutes i really hope medway hospital is on the up now i hope its not a one off
