Hello I would like to Give a Great Big Thank You To All the Ambulance,Paramedic, A&E Staff at The Royal Liverpool Hospital, Ward 2Y. From the moment I dialled 999 - Explained about my partner having a stroke on the telephone with the person who answered my call I could not have kept calm and stayed calm without their help and support on the line. Within minutes a Paramedic arrived and an Ambulance and my partner was taken to the Royal Liverpool Hospital. I could not fault the Ambulance Staff at all as they were Very Caring and Supportive towards my Partner and Myself. On arrival to the Hospital the Staff were Excellent the attention to detail towards my Partner and the Care and Dignity they gave him was Outstanding. Even the kindness and consideration they gave me was Outstanding. I would Like to give the Staff at the Royal Liverpool Hospital a Big Five Star Award ***** They Totally Deserve It . Thank You So Much.
