Very dissatisfied with the Crisis Team/liaison Mental Health Teams who work in the Musgrove Park Hospital. Disappointing and let's the NHS reputation down badly being a good hospital generally. Nursing staff frustrated as myself in relentless efforts to be seen. Seems they have no real interest or professional codes to keep to. Attitudes completely uncaring, promises mean nothing. Ended up in A&E unnecessarily repeatedly due to delayed responses or forgotten phone calls. never responding to other professionals who call them up. Unacceptable, not found this in any other place I've lived in so quite shocked. Let's Musgrove Park Hospital down as always found staff here pleasant & easy-going.
