I was in the hospital for about a month. I was treated like a king, my disorder was well looked after, and I was most impressed with the way all things were handled by the staff. I left the hospital because I suffered a double brain hemorrhage and was transferred to another hospital to have it evacuated and again to recover. The Bipolar Disorder was well in remission shortly afterwards and has stayed that way for a year now. I can't praise the staff of Parklands enough. They did so much to make me happy and look after me. The food was very good. The excursions were very good. They did so much to see that I was occupied and did not find myself bored. They really went to extremes to be helpful. I was not conscious when I left there, but I hope to be driving again soon and I look forward to being able to go back and thank whoever is left there for doing so much so cleverly and thoroughly.
"Bipolar Disorder well treated."
