I had the misfortune of having to call on the emergency sevices after passing out. The ambulance crew were excellent they worked as a team, were very nice and preserved my dignity a different breed of people. On arrival the doctor was very good I didn't get his name and the nurses were all very good. Both my wife and I are very grateful and thank to you all

Thanks for taking the time to contact us and let us know how well you felt you were looked after during what sounds like quite a frightening ordeal for you both. We'll make sure that your praise is passed on to the teams that looked after you when you were brought in to the Lister's emergency department recently. In the meantime, we hope that you have no need of their care again for a very long time indeed!
