Waited nearly 2 hours, due to double booking of appointments? No information given regarding waiting time. There were at least 4 members of staff in Reception, I suggest one of them check the names of people waiting and inform them of delay in being seen, and inform them how many people are before them. This is normal practice at Royal Marsden Hospital. At Mayday Hospital the feeling you have been forgotten is present when waiting past the given Appointment Time
