"Friendly and helpful"

About: Wansbeck Hospital

I attended the pregnancy assessment unit after NSECH asked me to for reduced movement at 24 weeks. The midwife was very friendly and tried their best to reassure me, even with them only being able to check the heartbeat. They also made sure to make it clear I was welcome to go back if I was worried at all. I came away feeling better.

Dear Madam, I am sorry that you've had these additional concerns about your baby's movement, I can appreciate how worried you must have been prior to your appointment. Lovely to hear that the pregnancy assessment team gave you the care and reassurance you needed at this time. Please do come back to us if you have any worries at all. Wishing you all the very best for the remainder of your pregnancy, Annie
