About: Leicester General Hospital

After queuing to be admitted to the Ortho theatre arrival area and then waiting 5 hours in a very spartan waiting room, no natural light , not even a picture on the wall, just a loud ticking clock, and pretty uncomfortable chairs my experience was much improved on Ward 18 where the staff, including the physiotherapist, were excellent, caring and very helpful. Very grateful for all their care and attention. So thank you ward 18.
