What I liked

Most members of staff were helpful, friendly and cheerful and I was always confident it was clean and saw many cleaners working in my 2 hour stay. I was also seen very quickly, and although visiting the busy A and E, I was seen, x-rayed and treated very quickly.

What could be improved

Some members of staff were not as helpful, this should be worked on.

Anything else?

I visited A and E and was clearly told that the nurse who was treating me did not feel I should be at the hospital. Having an underlying health problem where I faint, I was told I could not come to the hospital every time I faint, even though this was only my 3rd visit in 2 years due to this.
