About: The Whittington Hospital

I work in a surgery and contacted whittington switchboard regarding a patient, the operator was extremely rude gave attitude and I was shocked at a well established hosptial like whittington to employ someone who had no compassion as they did not know what it was regarding. I asked their name they said no then gave attitude saying they aren't a receptionist they were operations. Working in the health sector you come across various patients that may have severe illness they literally had no care and told me to call bk tomorrow between 9-5 not going to the extra mile as I would do. I didnt get their name but I know they are working today and the call was at 17.43pm. As a employee of the NHS I was extremely disatisfied with how their approach was and from a professional point of view this was not professional at all.
