"Ambulatory care very poor"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

My wife today was admitted to A&E with chest pain the staff I'm A&E where fantastic however after spending 3.5 hours in their care she was transferred over the the ambulatory care unit which is basically a dumping ground so no one goes over the 4 hour limit in A&E no one informed her that she would then have a further 4 hours wait! To see a Dr no test where required as A&E had already done them so why A&E couldn't have dealt with her I don't know but the ambulatory care staff require personality transplants very poor the unit only appeared to have a dozen patients Drs moving as slow as possible very disgruntled patients my wife who has several disabilities left uncomfortable and left feeling uncared for and very unwell
