Myself and my family would like to thank you all at Bull Farm Primary Care Centre for looking after and caring for my relative. The care you gave us at this sad time was outstanding and we are so very grateful to you all..

You make times like this alot easier to face and it helped me knowing I only had to pick up the phone.

My relative was a caring main himself and I know he appreciated all everyone did for him, plus he liked the company.

So from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU, we'll never forget all you did for the man we all love so much
