"Bromley Healthcare Training for Carers"

About: Bromley Healthcare

(as a carer),

As a carer for 3 elderly relatives aged 87 to 90 years of age - I attended a 2- hour training course about identifying and preventing urinary tract infections in older people. The course was provided by Bromley Healthcare staff. It was an excellent training provided by experienced and knowledgeable tutors. I would thoroughly recommend it to carers and to practitioners providing care for older clients and those working in care settings.

Thank you for your posting.

It sounds as if you have got your work cut out so I am really pleased that we were able to help in a small way to support your vital role.

The prevention and early detection of urinary tract infections ( UTIs) is vital in keeping older people at home and out of hospital.

Kind regards

Amanda
