We are very sorry that the Minor Injuries Unit was closed when you came to visit. Unfortunately, sometimes it may be necessary to close the unit earlier if the department is very busy to allow the unit to close at 4pm. This is at the discretion of the emergency nurse practitioner at that time. We have passed your feedback over to the team to see. Kind regards Barts Health NHS Trust
