About: Royal Brompton Hospital

I contacted Royal Brompton Hospital on 07/07/2015 via the general contact form on their website because it's the only way I have to contact anyone there with queries or questions. Here we are on 22/07/2015 and I'm still awaiting a response to my query. Is this really how a specialist centre works?

We have checked all of the correspondence sent to the Trust via our website and have been unable to find any instance where a query has not been responded to.
