"Burn injury"

Didnt realise it was now an Urgent Care Unit, open longer hours with a great team of staff. From the receptionist who couldn't have been nicer, through to all the nurses who treated us, service and attitude of staff was excellent. We are fortunate to have this in Halton and to have this team who all care and work so hard. Excellent idea that parking is also free for attendees of this unit. I didnt realise and asked at the porters office where the car park payment meter was and where minor injuries was. The kind porter pointed out the meter and injuries unit but failed to mention if I was attending there I did not need to pay. Not the porters fault, but something to be aware of. Thank you to all the Team.
