What I liked
Was treated with respect and dignity by the the majority of the doctors and found them generally to be very pleasant.
What could be improved
The waiting area was extremely cramped meaning that many people didn't have a seat and left a child balancing on crutches as they couldn't sit. I also found the physiotherapist to be extremely rude and unprofessional making inappropriate and personal comments.
