"Traumatising experience"

I was so dissatisfied with the service of this hospital. Firstly as I came I witnessed a nurse pressursing other patients and bullying them. One old woman looked so upset after she was being told by a nurse that don't care and they're giving her the blood test without calming her down - very unprofessional. My experience with the nurse doing my blood test - they firstly injected me in the wrong place it took them ages to find a vein then they didn't put the bottle in fast enough my blood was pouring out onto my arm! When they injected this watery liquid into my arm they didn't know how to do it and it literally poured out and landed on my bed and phone - blood and water. Then when I was being diagnosed they done it fairly quickly and they seemed positive I needed surgery - I discharged myself right away and went to St Georges where I have received amazing service and I don't need to undertake surgery!
