What I liked

I have used the hospital (moslty the Solihull site) for many years as an Outpatient (Rhuematology Dept.) I am usually seen on time, the staff are helpful and the consultants explain clearly regards prognoses treatment options etc.

What could be improved

?

Anything else?

I am glad the this is my local hospital.
