What I liked

I have experience of being both an inpatient and an ongoing outpatient at Solihull. I am full of praise for the care i receive, the cleanliness of the hospital and the understanding of staff of all levels. My outpatient visits are never longer than a 10 minute wait.

What could be improved

I personally don't feel any improvements are needed, just keep up the good work.

Anything else?

I am glad Solihull is my local hospital and long may it continue to be, it's such a family atomosphere not like the larger hospitals where you do feel overwhelmed.
