What could be improved

Patient confidentiality

I could have been cared for alot better, I was too poorly to be on the ward i was on. The bed was dirty, pills on the floor around my bed. Given the wrong medicine. Very bad experience. although the guy who wheeled me out was lovely!

Anything else?

Stay away from Heartlands hospital travel to Walsgrave!
