What I liked

What could be improved

the hospital needs a good clean. Everything needs improving from the waiting areas and toilet facilities that are dirty to the lack of care shown by staff. Too many people in authority positions not doing their job and are arrogant.

Anything else?

Authority figures need to go back to basics and understand that most patients are there to be cared for. Lack of empathy and too much arrogance shown by senior staff. Hospital needs a good clean.

We are sorry to read about your experience. Our toilets and public areas are cleaned on a rota to ensure we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. However, we do acknowledge facilities are well used and, on occasion, open to abuse. We therefore do encourage patients and visitors to let us know if they find these facilities unsatisfactory so they can be dealt with appropirately.
