"What a joke; never received my results"

I attended the clinic on a Wednesday and still twelve days later i still do not have my results. Not a single text message nor phone call. I ticked the receive results via text message, but still no results. So I called the clinic myself after the 5th day. But I was told that I need to call back tomorrow if I do not receive a text message with my results. I never got this message. So I called again, on the 12th day but was not treated with respect, but dismissively and the person on the phone was completely uninterested that I had not received my results after agonising over them for almost two weeks! And currently I am on the phone in order to complain , in the que for the past 35 minutes - even though from the very beginning of this call I have constantly been "you are currently number one in the que". The constant reminders of "we apologise you are in the que" are extremely annoying and mocking. Overall this is is absolutely rude and appalling service. I do not recommend this clinic at all. This is nothing but a joke at the patient's expense.
