"Nearly 3.5hours waiting time"

I waiting nearly 3.5 hours at A&E which is not right for me and my daughter.I went in with a hairline fracture, i had the xray within 10minutes of being there then waited 2 hours late to see the doctor, the other staff were on their lunch breaks,had a lady with a bruise arm go first of a fractured arm,staff argued in front of me of which bone had broken,the staff kept on poking the arm and asking does this hurt.When the nurse was put the cast,I had a wet t-shirt and plaster all over my trousers which I had to wash.So I went in A&E hosptial at 11pm and didn't come out at 3.30pm.
