Im writting this review with 2 parts in mind. I myself suffered an accident and broke my shoulder. I was taken to the royal and cared for about a year ago. The staff were great. I was Guv in good pain relief and had regular visits from doctors. All good. Clean safe and respect. No faults.. The second part is to do with my girlfriend and her knee replacement operation. She woke up half way into the operation and it took the team far to long to put her under to the point that she could not hear the cutting noise ofher boneThis was then made worse by the fa of the nerve block. By the time she was on the ward the nerve block failed and the pain as you can imagine was agony. Then it took way to long for pain management to come. Shocking. Plus this was done on an open ward with no privacy. I don't want to make you sound bad but this operation and aftercare is unacceptable iv e mailed the department twice with no reply. Why,?.. this is wrong. Bad care. Failure of operation nerve block no privacy. No doctor at a time of severebpain. Iv had to write this on here as you have not replied to private e mails.?????
