I was incredibly nervous as this procedure, colonoscopy, is one I have always squirmed and been afraid of. The staff immediately recognised my high anxiety and were absolutely superb ensuring that everything occurred quickly giving me less time to think! ! I can hardly believe how they recognised my anxiety so quickly. The staff and service has to be praised from entering the doors to after the procedure. 100% first class.

Patient feedback is extremely important to us and I am pleased to read that you found the staff superb in their dealings with you and helped in every way to alleviate your anxiety.
