I have carers from Rainbow every day, they wash and dress me. I’m quite happy with everything, it’s a great service. The lassies are all nice and treat you with respect. If they finish early they always ask if they can do anything else.
My big problem is that my chairlift doesn’t work very well but when I phoned up Stairlift Scotland they said that it would cost £115 just for them to leave their office to come and have a look. I’m on a pension so just can’t afford this so I don’t know how to get my chairlift working.
