"I was treated in the see and treat ..."

About: Selly Oak Hospital (Acute)

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was treated in the see and treat area of the accident and emergency. The care was excellent and I could in no way fault it. I was in and out within 2 hours despite the department appearing very busy.

What could be improved

The area could generally do with some updating and the area clenliness was not great. However, the staff were very coherant with good infection contrla.

Anything else?

Thanks !
