About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital

I have just returned home having had an eye operation where I stayed overnight following a general anaesthetic. The whole team on the Eye Unit at all levels - both on the Ward and in the Theatres and Recovery - were so kind, caring and skilful that I didn't want to come home at all! I felt in very safe hands, well looked after and reassured at every stage. The standard of care is so high that I can assure anyone who has to have treatment at the Eye Unit at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital, that they need have no worries - you couldn't get better care anywhere. Also the food was really good!
