I recently (thurs eve) brought in my mother who had fallen and banged and cut her head. The care offered right from being spoken to at reception through to being discharged was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. We were dealt with quickly and my elderly mother was treated with respect throughout - even being allowed a quiet space to wait as my mother was feeling quite sick. Thank you so much we both really appreciate how she was dealt with and the service she received. You are all that is good about the NHS - thank you
