About: Royal Shrewsbury Hospital

We had to visit the walk in GP service with my 5 year old son. Although initially a little confusing - the walk in is situated in the A&E department once we got there the staff were phenomenal. I cannot fault anyone we saw or how promptly & efficiently we were dealt with. The receptionist at the A&E desk, the GP, the nurse, the A&E consultant, the receptionist in X-Ray and the X-ray staff were all kind, helpful & brilliant at their jobs. We had a little boy who was worried about all of it who came away wanting to go back & to play hospitals at home. I cannot fault the service we recieved & would like to say a huge thank you.
