As a regular at the haematology clinic I can only praise the staff. I have blood taken, which is sent directly to the lab and the results are soon back (usually!). I have a consultation with either the specialist nurse or doctor, receive my prescription, my next appointment is booked, all done with friendly, professional efficiency.
