What could be improved

My doctor did not listen to my explanations, concerns or questions. They spoke down to me, and treated me like I was an idiot. They made me feel terrible about myself and indicated I was making an issue out of nothing. I have had to start antidepressants since my first visit with them. Today I got a second opinion by a doctor from another hospital who has told me they believes everything the doctor at Worcester hospital has said id very unlikely. They treated me like a human being and explained things and already I feel a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. The doctor at Worcester should not be allowed to speak to patients the way thye did they were a truly awful doctor.
