I was phoning to find out how long the waiting list is for Ultra Sound scan. I rang and got through from the main switchboard very quickly. The lady who answered was polite and pleasant.
I explained that my GP had referred me and I wanted to know what the likely waiting time was to be. Having described the type of scan she looked to see what dates she could offer me. I have accepted a date for tomorrow at a different hospital where there had been a cancellation.
I am overwhelmed by the great service. Thank you.
