From being greeted in reception on arrival to being wheeled out to go home that standard of care was very high. I was treated with courtesy and respect, felt involved with my ongoing care and always felt that my well being was at the centre of any decision making. I was never made to feel that I was a nuisance even when, immediately after the operation, I may have been a bit 'needy'. I was encouraged rather than forced to get mobile and that really helped. All the staff were unfailingly polite with everyone obviously taking pride in their job. If I have one slight criticism it would be the number of times I was asked the same questions to complete personal details. Once should be enough, twice is slightly tedious, more that that is verging on the annoying.
