"Avoid at all costs"

The 'advice' given to my son caused severe trauma and brought about untold problems for him. The 'advice' was given after only a one hour appointment, where said psychiatrist could not possibly have gleaned enough information about my son to merit putting my son at risk the way they did. The psychiatrist was arrogant, dismissive and insulting. I would not recommend this hospital to my worst enemy. Stay clear, go anywhere but here. The people who work at these places are supposed to protect vulnerable people, not put them at risk, the behaviour of this psychiatrist destroys all faith in the mental health industry. The trauma and problems this psychiatrist has caused my son will not easily be overcome. We went in desperation for help, we received none, we received more trouble than I could possibly have imagined through this person's ill-judged 'advice'. The best advice I can give, If you want help, don't' use this hospital.
