We had a fantastic experience on 15-7-15 with the wonderful DOSS team. The 2 amazing nurses on Canterbury Ward were the best ! Even though they were extremely busy they were so helpful, supportive, kind & very caring........ Nothing was to much effort ! We have no worries about returning for the other shoulder now ! If there was anything I would change it would be not to have single sex wards/ waiting rooms. My husband has complexe needs & it would have been better if I could have stay with him before his operation. But this is a minor issue & staff tried their best to accommodate us. Thank you to all the wonderful staff!
