Hospital staff were polite to me.
What could be improved
Nine weeks ago i injured my ankle so i went to Alexandra hospital were i was told it would take around 4-6 weeks to heal cos i had damaged ligaments.After this period i went back to be told i might need operation because i might have damaged cartlidge and will need MRI scan. When i had that scan they said i would get letter in post for my next appointment within 2 weeks and its now been four. Im getting a little annoyed to say the least.
