What could be improved
The nurses could be kinder and do the duties they are supposed to without moaning. The sister on my moms ward - it was a big effort for her to remove herself from her chair when she did it was reluctantly
Anything else?
I would not go to city hospital birmingham even if i was run over outside the hospital, i would be prefer to be transferred to another hospital
