"Waiting for. Your op in orthopaedics ."

Wear do I start. I came to Hillingdon in shear desperation ,the pain I was and still in is almost to much .there are days when all I can do is cry and I am not the give up and cry type. But you get to the point when it's all to much. The staff at mount vernon and Hillingdon are first rate kind considerate and careing ,no arguments from me there.but and hear is the rub ,I have had my op canceled 4 times I might loose my work over this and I can't tell you what it's doing to my state of mind. My poor husband is so worried about me and also my friends. Yes I have had a word and yes I got the stranded replie .but it dos not matter how nice you are and told that some one more diserving is going to get your slot it's seams so unfair that this has gone on month after month. As I said great staff clean wards great doctors but that ant no good if you can't get in to see you.
